Vinification is classical for this wine, which is bottled for Tenuta RISECCOLI. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks followed by six months of lees aging that imparts additional weight and flesh to the final blend. The virtual absence of sulphur and malolactic fermentation guarantees the vivacity and purity of the fruit flavours.
