Villa Il Poggio is perched at the top a hill where you can enjoy the absolute peace
and immensity of the pristine countryside.

The holiday villa sleeps 10, and features 5 air-conditoned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms,
and is ideal for family and friends traveling together.

The villa has a private landscaped garden leading to a travertine marble-paved swimming pool.
A sunset facing “sun terrace” with a large gazebo is just the spot to sit in the shade
and admire the spectacular views.

Rosano is an enchanting villa that sleeps 8 and features 5 air-conditoned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The private 12m x 6m swimming pool is a short walk from the villa (50 meters)
and is surrounded by gardens and panoramic views, which extend to
the Apennines mountains on a clear day.

There’s a quaint gazebo offering an escape from the sun during warm summer days.
It is also an idyllic setting for watching the sun go down.

Casa Marina is conveniently located a short distance from the RISECCOLI
wine tasting room.

The villa can accommodate up to 5 people. It is split between two floors and features
3 air-conditoned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s a perfect accommodation for a family or group of friends
seeking to escape to the Tuscancountryside and experience a unique kind of retreat.

There’s a private garden with a wonderful view overlooking the RISECCOLI vineyards,
olive groves and the surrounding woodlands.
