Villa Il Poggio

Villa Il Poggio is perched at the top a hill where you can enjoy the absolute peace
and immensity of the pristine countryside.

The holiday villa sleeps 8 and features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms,
and is ideal for family and friends traveling together.

The villa has a private landscaped garden leading to a travertine marble-paved swimming pool.
A sunset facing “sun terrace” with a large gazebo is just the spot to sit in the shade
and admire the spectacular views.

Villa Rosano

Rosano is an enchanting villa that sleeps 8 and features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The private 12m x 6m swimming pool is a short walk from the villa (50 meters)
and is surrounded by gardens and panoramic views, which extend to
the Apennines mountains on a clear day.

There’s a quaint gazebo offering an escape from the sun during warm summer days.
It is also an idyllic setting for watching the sun go down.

Casa Marina is conveniently located a short distance from the RISECCOLI
wine tasting room.

The villa can accommodate up to 5 people. It is split between two floors and features
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s a perfect accommodation for a family or group of friends
seeking to escape to the Tuscancountryside and experience a unique kind of retreat.

There’s a private garden with a wonderful view overlooking the RISECCOLI vineyards,
olive groves and the surrounding woodlands.

2 hour mid-week maid service + Saturdays for 2-week bookings. Free WiFi.

Additional maid and cooking services are available at an extra cost upon request.
Central heating costs (required only during the winter) are charged (at cost) as an extra and paid separately
upon departure, according to meter readings. Internet WiFi is fully functional across the estate.
