“BIANCO” is our sweet-and-sour condiment made with two-thirds of concentrated grape must (obtained from white grapes) and one third vinegar (from white wine).

This condiment spends a few months in new oak barrels for added complexity of aromas. With approximately 5% acidity, this is an ideal companion to the best salad dressings but is also used by master chefs with fish and seafood.

The packaging for this product comes in glass bottles (un-boxed) with cap and drip stopper sealed with a golden film.
