Where do we ship?

We can ship our wines all over the world and directly to your doorstep.
Deliveries can only be made to physical addresses and require an adult signature upon receipt (+ 21 years of age for the United States). We are not able to ship to Post Office boxes or APR/FPO addresses.

What is the cost for shipping?

Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the number of bottles ordered.

The standard shipping rates for your order will be reflected in your shopping cart before you check out and your payment is processed.

ATTENTION PLEASE TAKE NOTE :

  • for the United Kingdom, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Norway, Sweden, Canada and Switzerland, custom & excise duties plus VAT may be charged on top of the total price for your order and this extra charge cannot be accurately quantified upfront. If you wish us to provide you with an estimate of such taxes, please feel free to e:mail us at: info@riseccoli.com and we will provide you with an estimate as soon as practicable.
  • We unfortunately can’t ship to these US states : Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Mississipi, New Hampshire, North & South Dakota, Puerto Rico, Utah and Virginia. 

What is the standard shipping time for your order?

The time required for shipping your order depends on its final destination.

Standard shipping time for orders going to the US is typically 10-15 business days. Shipments scheduled for EU countries usually do not take more than one week to arrive. 

What if I am not home for the delivery? 

It is important to know that the number of delivery attempts depends upon the agency which handles the local shipping in each country and can vary from one area to another.

We highly recommend shipping to an address where there always or most always will be someone there during the day to ensure delivery at the first attempt.
